At Modus Furniture, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home investment; if a piece doesn't fit your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging to ensure a seamless processing experience.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal or contact our concierge team with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare for Shipping

  Carefully disassemble the furniture if necessary and place all components back into the original protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  Schedule a Pickup

  For large furniture items, our specialized freight partners will contact you within 48 hours to coordinate a convenient window for curbside or white-glove collection.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for quality assurance, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
